The ask:
Daniels Real Estate came to us to help brand a new commercial development in downtown Seattle. Not just any building but a new state-of-the-art skyscraper that would host a 5-star hotel, a Michelin restaurant and high-end commercial office space. This new multi-faceted architecture would also include the protection and restoration of an iconic 100-year-old church next store (saved form demolition by the developer).
The solution:
We set out to bring to life a brand story that bridged the rich tenacity of the early pioneers with that of modern-day innovators – all unified in the dream to change the world for the better. We named the property “The Mark” as a dedication to all who were, and are, hungry to make their mark on the world. With the new name we created a new landscape for the brand story, including a new visual ID, high-value content, video, swag, experiential activations, a new visitors center. In addition, we developed a state-of-the-art website with an augmented reality app to visualize each floor and digital content as evocative sales tools to help sell the commercial real estate as a premier destination on the West Coast.
